Overview

Sprintloom provides custom software solutions including Atlassian Forge apps, AI-powered automation, and LLM hosting services. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services. This may include configuration settings you provide, usage analytics, and diagnostic information. We do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the services you have requested.

How We Use Data

Data processed through Sprintloom services is used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service. Issue descriptions and other content processed through our AI services (such as classification or automation features) are never retained, shared, or used to train or fine-tune any AI model.

No LLM Training

No user data is used for AI or LLM training. Any content processed through Sprintloom AI services — including Jira issue descriptions, configurations, or outputs — is used solely for the requested classification or automation purpose and is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.

Third-Party Services

Some Sprintloom services may send data to third-party LLM endpoints configured by you (e.g., Ollama, OpenAI, or other AI providers). We are not responsible for the data practices of those third-party services. Please review their privacy policies.

Data Retention

Sprintloom does not retain issue descriptions, LLM responses, or classification results. Settings and configurations are stored securely using Atlassian Forge's encrypted key-value storage and can be deleted at any time via the admin UI.

Security

All data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS. API keys and credentials are stored securely and never exposed to end users.
