By installing or using any Sprintloom software product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the service.

Description of Service

Sprintloom provides custom software solutions including but not limited to: Atlassian Forge apps, AI-powered automation tools, LLM hosting and integration services, and web development services. Each product or service may have its own specific terms and limitations.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Configuring any purchased software with valid settings and credentials
• Ensuring your use of any LLM or AI endpoint complies with your organization's security and privacy policies
• Reviewing and approving AI-generated outputs before they are applied in production environments
• Keeping API keys and credentials secure and confidential

Accuracy and Limitations

AI-powered features may produce outputs that contain errors, hallucinations, or biased content. Sprintloom does not guarantee accurate or optimal results from AI-powered features. Priority, label, and component assignments should be reviewed for critical issues.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprintloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of any product or service, including but not limited to data loss, misclassified issues, service interruptions, or AI-related errors.

No Data Use for Training

Sprintloom does not use any user data, including issue descriptions, configurations, or outputs, for the purpose of training or fine-tuning AI models. Data processed through Sprintloom AI services is used solely for the requested classification or automation purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sprintloom from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of any product or service or your violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

Sprintloom may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of any product or service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

Sprintloom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any product or service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
